By milestone. Before we start, we split the project into milestones, each with its own scope and price, and agree them in writing. Each milestone is paid for before work on it begins. Support after launch is free for the first month, then billed monthly. We don't bill by the hour.
Fair question. Instead of a long client list, we can show you something we built and run ourselves: O-GHEN Live. Try it, then talk to us. And because you pay milestone by milestone, you never commit to more than the next step.
Yes, that's where we're most useful: deciding what the first version needs, building only that, and getting it in front of users quickly. We won't overbuild when a lean version will do the job.
We stay on to support it: bug fixes, monitoring, updates, new features and scaling. The first month after launch is free; after that, support is billed monthly. We don't disappear at go-live.
Weekly progress updates, a shared project board, and a dedicated Slack or WhatsApp channel for quick questions. You'll never feel out of the loop — we make communication a feature, not an afterthought.
Yes. If you'd like one, send it over and we'll review and sign it before we go into detail. Your idea is yours, and the work we build for you is yours once it's paid for.
Yes. We do codebase audits, legacy system upgrades, and feature additions on existing platforms. We'll assess what you have, flag technical debt, and give an honest recommendation before touching anything.
